Working with Minors
For students under 18, the following additional policies apply:
- A parent or guardian must consent to enrollment and provide contact information.
- Parents are welcome to observe sessions (in-person or via screen share for remote sessions).
- All teen programs focus on teaching real AI tools, systems, and capabilities so teens can find their own use cases.
- I do not collect or store any personal data from minors beyond what is necessary for session delivery.
Responsible AI Statement
I teach AI as a practical tool — not a replacement for thinking, creativity, or human judgment. My approach is grounded in:
- Accuracy and verification: Every curriculum includes instruction on checking AI outputs, understanding hallucinations, and verifying claims.
- Empowerment: For students, I teach the tools, systems, and capabilities of AI so they can discover their own use cases and prepare for the future economy.
- Privacy: I teach clients to be mindful of what data they share with AI tools and how to use them safely.
- Appropriate trust: AI tools are powerful but imperfect. I help clients calibrate when to trust, when to verify, and when to rely on their own expertise.
